How we'll do this
1. Consultation
We’ll talk through exactly what you want to achieve with this project, who needs to be involved, and when you need to have completed it by. We’ll uncover everything we need to start planning the project – don’t worry if you don’t have concrete ideas yet, we can help you to firm these up.
Outputs:

Project Charter – A high-level document which outlines the purpose, objectives, and key people involved in your project so that everyone is on the same page from the outset.

Scoping Schedule – A brief plan outlining the next steps and deadlines NQE Global will follow to move from idea to detailed planning.
Timeframe: 2 business days following the consultation meeting.
2. Scoping
NQE Global will draft a project scope document, drawing on our wealth of expertise in the development of projects. We’ll spend time consulting with your key people to get feedback and ensure alignment across stakeholders. We’ll incorporate all the feedback into the document and arrange for it to be signed off by your decision makers.

Project Scope – A document clearly outlining what the project will deliver, how it will be done, and what’s out of scope. It usually includes things like project goals, key deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, key risks, budget estimates, and any constraints or assumptions. This clarity will prevent miscommunications and wasted resources during the planning and execution of your project.

3. Planning
Now that we have clear agreement on what we want to achieve, we’ll develop a detailed plan for making this happen. We’ll use our project management expertise and experience, as well as the input from your key people, to develop two key documents.
Outputs:

Project Management Plan – A document which details exactly how this project will be managed to ensure its success. It will include arrangements for managing risks, organising your team, keeping stakeholders informed, ensuring quality, staying on budget, and making sure you don’t stray from your scope.

Project Schedule – An outline of the key phases in your project, the activities to be completed within each phase, and milestones and deadlines. This will give you a step-by-step plan to achieving your project’s objectives.
Timeframe: We aim to complete this process within a week, dependent on the availability of your key people for consultation.
4. Handover
